The Process

Discuss options and repeat if necessary, 5. Negotiate/Bid/Secure. Additional notes include that the process from phase 1 to 5 takes 4-6 weeks on average, the quickest process takes 3 days, and a record was set for holding a Negroni for 8 hours on October 6th.

We work right across Melbourne Metro, Mornington & Bellarine Peninsulas, Rural Victoria (Gippsland, Daylesford & Hepburn Shire, Central Highlands - Ballarat and surrounds) and Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Do you have an area of interest not on this list? Try us, we very rarely say no.

We mine long term goals, property values, capital growth rates and expected ROIs (return on investment) to maximise your knowledge and inform your choice. Information is power, having all the details to make your best decision makes this part of the process a no-brainer. Plus, how cute do we look in High Vis? Right! It all makes sense.
